Terms of Service

🌿 SERVICING
‣ You must be 18+ to commission me. You're ID will be requested for NSFW and fursuits- please blur any info apart from your name and birthdate.
‣ I reserve the right to refuse service.
‣ DNI if you are a bigot, pro-contact, or have unethical practices.🌿 PAYMENTS
‣ The creation is to be fully paid off before any progress begins.
‣ $ = USD. Invoices I send allow PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit.
‣ A non-refundable, 25% deposit is required upfront. You can either pay in full or through a payment plan for paying the rest.
‣ You pay all shipping costs - insurance, delivery signature, and tracking included. Shipping quotes are obtained after the creation is complete. I am not at fault if the postal services loses, damages, or delays the package. Digital artwork will not be shipped.🌿 REFUNDS
‣ Any refunds will be through a monthly payment plan.
‣ Cancelled works will be altered to a YCH or premade. You will not receive any of the project materials or own any incomplete artwork.
‣ If I personally cancel your creation = 100% refund. Including deposit.
‣ If canceling before the creation started = 75% refund. No deposit.
‣ If canceling during creation's work in progress = 50% refund. No deposit.
‣ If the creation is complete, you are not eligible for a refund.🌿 ADOPTS & DESIGNS
‣ When adopting designs made by me, you now own the full ownership of the design to do as you wish with it- till you decide to rehome the design with all of the creations and rights.

‣ Any references provided must be unshaded and up to date.
‣ Updates are provided through our chat location, or you can visit queue.
‣ Artwork aims to be finished in 6 weeks, or sooner. Fursuits aim to be finished in 1 year, or sooner. You will be notified if something happens.
‣ It is important to inform about any alterations you desire as soon as possible! Certain, or multiple, changes may affect price, or may no longer be possible depending on how far along the creation is.
‣ 1 month to have me fix mistakes, while the creation is in your possession.🌿 I CAN CREATE

‣ Ferals and anthros (semi-anthro style).
‣ SFW themes.

‣ Politics, bigotry, or religious themes that reflects off of real life.
‣ Humanoids, copyrighted characters, cockroaches, and primates.
‣ Afterdark NSFW themes of corpes, cub, irl, scat, feralxanthro, or murrsuits.🌿 USAGE RIGHTS
‣ You may reupload, repost, edit, and share the finished creation.
‣ You do not have to credit me, but you may not remove my signature.
‣ My creations may be included with the ownership transfer of a character.
‣ Do not use my creations for ai, blockchain, or nfts.
‣ Only me, commissioner, and character owner(s) have permission to use.
‣ You may use creation for personal mugs, shirts, posters, ect.
