🌿 SERVICING
‣ You must be 18+ to commission me. No minors.
‣ You acknowledge that NSFW creations do not reflect my morals or actions.
‣ Do not commission me if you're affiliated with controversial technology, hostile conduct, theft, abusive or predatory behavior, or bigotry.
‣ I reserve the right to refuse service.🌿 PAYMENTS
‣ Full payment is required before any work begins.
‣ $ = USD. Invoices sent to email allow PayPal, Venmo, or debit/credit.
‣ You can pay in full or through a payment plan.
‣ Payment plans for fursuits require $150 a month, or more.
‣ Payment plans for artwork require $50 a month, or more.
‣ Private commissions are subject to a 50% increase of total. These are not uploaded to my galleries, socials, or shared by me.
‣ You pay shipping costs; insurance and tracking included. Cost is provided after completion. I'm not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
‣ Digital artwork is not shipped.🌿 REFUNDS
‣ Any refunds will be done through a monthly payment plan.
‣ Cancelled works will be altered to a YCH or premade. You will not receive any of the project materials or own any incomplete artwork.
‣ If I personally cancel your creation = 100% refund.
‣ If you cancel before the creation started = 75% refund.
‣ If you cancel during creation's progress = 50% refund.
‣ If the creation is complete, you are not eligible for a refund.🌿 CHARACTER DESIGNS
‣ When adopting a design created by me, you receive full ownership for personal or commercial use, until you choose to rehome the design.

🌿 WORK IN PROGRESS
‣ Any references provided must be mostly unshaded and fairly up to date, or provide clarification about any edits.
‣ Work in progress updates can be requested at anytime through our chat.
‣ Artwork can be completed same day, or anywhere within 2 months.
‣ Fursuits can be completed anywhere from 2 months to 1 year.
‣ Inform about any alterations as soon as possible! Changes may affect price.
‣ You may request fixes within 1 month of receiving the creation.🌿 I CAN CREATE
‣ Anthros that are semi-anthro in style.
‣ Feral, extinct, and made up creatures.
‣ Public and private creations.
‣ SFW and NSFW creations.
‣ Artwork, fursuits, yarntails, and plushies.🌿 I WILL NOT CREATE
‣ Replication of another creator's work or style.
‣ Politics, bigotry, or religion based off real life.
‣ Humanoids, internal parasites, cockroaches, or primates.
‣ Yarntail rear plugs and murrsuits.
‣ Any themes of scat, farts, vomit, or dirty diapers.
‣ NSFW themes of corpse, underage, non-sapient, or real individuals.🌿 USAGE RIGHTS
‣ You may reupload, repost, edit, and share the finished creation.
‣ Credit is optional, but do not remove my signature if included.
‣ Do not use creations for drama, hate, AI, blockchain, crypto, or NFTs.
‣ Usage is limited to myself, the commissioner, and character owner(s).
‣ You may use my creations for personal usage.
‣ Commercial use must be pre-approved and discussed before a commission.
