‣ Characters must belong to you, have the owner’s permission, or be a gift to the owner.🌿 PAYMENTS

‣ Creations can be paid in full or through a payment plan starting at $100/month.
‣ Private commissions are subject to a fee of $50/project.
‣ Requests for my logo to be removed are subject to a fee of $50/piece.
‣ Major project alterations may be subject to additional fees.
‣ Fursuit prices include insured, tracked shipping within USA.
‣ Digital artwork is not shipped.🌿 REFUNDS
‣ Purchases over $100 are refunded in monthly installments.
‣ I retain rights to altering any materials and WIPs of cancelled projects.
‣ If I personally cancel your creation = 100% refund.
‣ If you cancel before fully paying off the creation = 100% refund.
‣ If you cancel before the paid off creation starts = 75% refund.
‣ If you cancel during the creation progress = 50% refund.
‣ If you cancel after the creation is complete = 0% refund.

🌿 WORK IN PROGRESS
‣ Creations must be paid off in full before completion deadlines or progress begins.
‣ Updates, approval checks, or checking in can be provided at any time.
‣ Digital artwork completion can take up to 2 months, or less, after being paid off.
‣ Fursuit completion can take up to 1 year, or less, after being paid off.
‣ Mistakes that don't align with your references will be fixed for free.
‣ Request fixes within 1 month of receiving your creation. Project material discarded after.🌿 I WILL NOT CREATE
‣ Replication of other creator's work or style.
‣ Humanoids, upright anthros, internal parasites, cockroaches, or primates.
‣ Rear plug tails, murrsuits, or individual fursuit parts.
‣ Scat, farts, vomit, or diapers.
‣ NSFW of deceased, minors, or real-life individuals.🌿 USAGE RIGHTS
‣ You may reupload, repost, edit, and share the finished creation.
‣ You may not remove my logo, if it is included.
‣ You may not use my creations in AI or blockchains.
‣ You may not edit paraphilic or hateful symbols into my creations.
‣ Art usage is limited to myself, the commissioner, and character owners.
‣ If adopting a design made by me, you own full rights until rehomed.
